Global health security isn’t theoretical. It’s the frontline defense between outbreaks and containment. But fragile surveillance systems, underfunded labs, and siloed response plans remain persistent threats.
ClineEpi Partners has worked with ministries of health to evaluate Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA) capacities using adapted Joint External Evaluation frameworks. Through this work, we’ve observed common challenges:
Inconsistent lab reporting
Workforce shortages
Gaps in public-private coordination
Our solutions? Realistic capacity assessments, simulation-based training, and multisector engagement frameworks that are locally owned. Global health security is only as strong as its weakest link—and we aim to strengthen each one.
